Clark Kent Phone Booth is the english side-project top ten charted of famous italian singer song-writer Emanuele Dabbono. Now on tour as an acoustic and electric trio that performs songs based on American and English sounds. It has been twice in the Top Ten European charts of the best-selling albums on iTunes, it was born in Italy and it is broadcast on various radio stations all over the world.

Clark Kent Phone Booth ‘s music alternates different genres, such as rock, folk, blues and pop.


The project consists of two albums. The first one is based on electric sounds, and it is named "Vonnegut, Andromeda & The tube-heart geography". It was released on 28th April 2012. The second one is an acoustic album named "Songs for Claudia", and it was released in digital stores all around the world on 12th May 2012.

 

The band is the brainchild of Emanuele Dabbono, singer and multi- instrumentalist already known for his solo career, with extensive live experience. The cooperation with the guitarist and producer Luca Masperone gave birth to two albums, which were recorded in just two weeks and distributed by LM European Music label in all world digital stores.

 

The two albums immediately entered the Top Ten chart of the best-selling rock albums on iTunes, even arousing the interest of the Guinness World Records.

Luca joined the band as lead guitarist, followed shortly after by the New Jersey-based drummer Santo Florelli, who was already part of the Terrence Brown Trio and who was considered by the American DRUM! Magazine as a "A Master Of Musical Sensitivity".

The band will be touring in the USA in the next years and will be performing numerous gigs in the capital cities of Europe.
